Yuniesky Betancourt drew 22 unintentional (yes, the distinction is necessary) in 556 plate appearances last season with the Kansas City Royals. That rate of 3.9% actually beats his 3.4% career average, and it even manages to beat out Rickie Weeks’s career 3.1% HBP rate.
